On the hills of Umbria, in a panoramic position overlooking the medieval town of Bettona, rustic farmhouse with olive grove for sale. DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS
The farmhouse (250 sqm – 2,690 sqft, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) is laid over two floors and still retains the typical features of rustic buildings. Entering from the main door, one finds an entrance hall with bathroom, cloakroom and staircase to the upper level. Continuing on, one enters the kitchen with pantry, connected to a large living room with dining area.
The internal staircase leads up to the sleeping area consisting of the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, three bedrooms sharing a bathroom in the corridor and a small office space that could also be converted into an additional bedroom.
Next to the house is a pergola and the old wood-burning oven, still in working order and perfect for al fresco dinners/lunches with friends.

EXTERIORS
The farmhouse is surrounded by 1.6 hectares (3.9 acres) of gently sloping land.

On the eastern side of the property are 400 olive trees (Moraiolo variety), which are well pruned and maintained, producing up to 400 kg of extra virgin olive oil. The trees covering the estate also constitute an excellent natural truffle ground.

Next to the farmhouse is also a 15 × 6 m swimming pool with a metal and glass cover that allows the pool to be used even in winter.

Finally, near the entrance to the property is a greenhouse.
