A cypress alley leads up to this internationally known wine estate in the heart of Chianti Classico area.
The property consists of 12 ha of land with 7 ha of vineyards (certified organic), a main house surrounded by terraced garden with infinity pool, an annexe with wine tasting room, direct sales and office, as well as several buildings for winemaking, bottling, labelling and storage.
The annual production is currently 35,000 bottles of an excellent DOCG Chianti Classico and Riserva, 1 Supertuscan, a white wine and a rosé wine. This production could be increased, according to the regulations of the Chianti Classico Consortium, to approx. 49,000 bottles per year.
The main building is divided into three apartments, which are used for holiday rentals.
