Country house via delle Fontanelle, Vico del Gargano

 In Puglia, in the heart of the Gargano, not far from the town of Vico del Gargano and  three km from the sea, we sell a sea view rustic building with land of approx. 13.000 sqn with more than 200 olive trees. The land is accessed through a municipal road with two private accesses. The building is developed on approximately 70 sqm, on the same level, and with three communicating rooms. In Puglia, Vico del Gargano, called "village of love", is characterized by old wooden doors and portals and buildings in stone of very antique origin. In the hamlet it is possible to find all the necessary services such as supermarkets, great typical restaurants, pizzerias, post office and banks, but also gym, steakhouse and shops of any other kind. Vico del Gargano is part of the Parco Nazionale del Gargano and of the Comunità Montana del Gargano and is the door of the magnificent Foresta Umbra. It is one of the municipalities of the "Most beautiful hamlets in Italy". It is part of the "Città sane" net. Its neighborhoods San Menaio and Calenella are two sea towns located 3 km away from the village.
