Located in the heart of Cortina d'Ampezzo, the hotel is just a 5-min walk from some of the best ski slopes (Faloria ski area) in the area, as well as numerous shops, restaurants, and other amenities. It is also just a short bus ride or drive away from some of the most breathtaking hiking trails in Europe.
The timeshare is available for booking on a point-based system, allowing flexibility in the duration and times of your stays. We're selling a total of 195 points which can be purchased in multiples of 15, with a minimum purchase of 45. High season weeks cost 45 points each, of which there are 7 in the winter and 5 in the summer. Other weeks cost between 5 and 30 points. (Full details in table in the pictures)
Each booking includes a stay in a hotel suite for two with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Multiple bookings can be made concurrently, i.e. 2 suites can be booked to accommodate a family of 4 for as little as 10 points or as high as 90.
For winter weeks, bookings need to be made between May 15th and June 15th. For summer, between 15th of Jan and 15th of Feb. Weeks are available on a first come, first serve basis with guaranteed availability for the total of your points each year. (ie you will be able to spend your points each year.) Booked weeks can be rented out to third parties at your discretion and point entitlement is owned outright and can be sold or inherited.

The point allotment is available for a price of EUR 50k for 45 points. The price includes the stay at Hotel Ambra with parking and ski/bike storage as well as access to hotel amenities including bar and terrace.
