In the heart of Monferrato and more precisely in Montiglio, a town famous for the over 50 sundials scattered throughout it and for the Castle dating back to the 10th century AD, we offer a generously sized farmhouse within Tenuta San Carlo, a stone's throw from Lake Codana with a panoramic view of the mountain ranges and surrounding hills.
The farmhouse, located precisely inside the hill of the property, has its own land of approx. 6 hectares.
It has a completely independent road, the farmhouse was built in the 90s together with the villa which stands on top of the hill by a well-known businessman in the area and was the part dedicated to livestock and the caretaker's house.
