PARAGRAPH RELATING TO THE RIGHT OF MEDIATION

The compensation due by the buyer/tenant for the mediation (commission) to Zelo Real Estate srl, increased by VAT according to the legal rate, amounts to 3% of the sale price of the 'property or 10% of the annual rent.
The right to the commission accrues, in the case of a sale, when the Buyer becomes aware of the acceptance of his proposal by the Seller; in the case of rental when the proposing tenant becomes aware of the acceptance of the rental proposal. The commission must be paid at the same time as the signing of the preliminary sales contract (compromise) or the signing of the rental contract. The Buyer is responsible for registration tax, VAT if applicable, notary costs, stamp duty, land registry and mortgage taxes and any other rights or taxes in force at the time.
