Farmhouse via Montalfoglio, San Lorenzo in Campo

Surrounded by the splendid and rolling hills of the Marche region, there is this ancient stone farmhouse, Villa Farneto with swimming pool. The former farmhouse was completely renovated in 1997 and equipped with all comforts while retaining its authentic character. There is a beautiful wooden veranda and an oval swimming pool with spectacular views. The living area of the farmhouse is approximately 130 m2. The garage is approximately 50 m2. The beautiful house, built with local stones, is partly smooth plastered and painted in a sunny yellow and partly has local stones.
The country house has a living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 office, all of which can be found on both the ground floor and the first floor. In the garden there is a stone pizza oven and a beautiful, ancient, characteristic olive tree. Various windows have decorative wrought iron or wooden shutters on the outside. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
The farmhouse is surrounded by 1,200 m2 of private land with olive trees and fruit trees, completely fenced land.
The farmhouse is located about 5 kilometers from San Lorenzo in Campo, a small town in the north of Marche. It is located about 25 kilometers from the sea and the famous seaside resort of Senigallia and 25 kilometers from the Apennines. Ancona airport is an hour's drive away.
