1 GENERAL STRUCTURE OF THE APARTMENT?
The apartment is spread over two floors: on the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a small kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. A brick staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a double bedroom with an additional bunk bed, accompanied by a bathroom with shower and top-loading washing machine. The room is embellished with a small balcony which offers the perfect space for drying clothes.

2 LIVING ROOM?️
The living room hosts a dining table with 6 seats, the table can be extended in case of guests. There is a sofa bed with a compartment underneath for sheets and pillows, the sofa is located at the right distance from the TV which rests on a white cabinet with 4 drawers.
