The apartment is on the ground floor of a building in Stradella San Pietro in the heart of the so-called "Trastevere of Vicenza" next to the very old Oratorio dei Boccalotti (1414) and the church of San Pietro.
The entrance leads to a first sleeping area consisting of a large double room and a single room. Shared bathroom with shower serving the 3 beds.

In the central area of the apartment equipped kitchen, generously sized dining room able to accommodate all the inhabitants together, lit by a beautiful dormer window and a doorway surrounded by a large Jasmine tree outside.

The second sleeping area located on the opposite side of the first, consists of a bedroom with two beds, and a single bedroom located on the first attic floor.

A 10-minute walk, and 5 minutes by bicycle, from the University's Viale Margherita campus, and a 3-minute walk from the Conservatory building, it is very convenient to the city's historic center.

We are located in the San Pietro area, 200 meters from Ponte degli Angeli, the Olympic Theater and the heart of Vicenza's historic center, also nicknamed the "Trastevere" district of Vicenza.
The area is highly appreciated by university students for its practicality both to the University poles and for the possibility of enjoying by walking out of the house all the pleasures of the sparkling city life in the most fashionable clubs.

The train station is served by several bus lines, and in any case can be reached in 20 minutes on foot or 10 by bicycle passing through the city's historic center.

The apartment does not have parking spaces but you can take a season ticket on the blue stripes as a resident and then park in the church square next door or along the street.
