Tuscania. Via Del Collegio. The REALE Real Estate Studio offers for sale a historic building located in a convenient position, immediately close to the city walls and close to large parking spaces. Already used as a diocesan seminary, it was the subject of structural recovery after the earthquake of 1974. It is today in a rustic state and is made up as follows: Large quadrilateral-shaped body that revolves around a beautiful cloister, plus two appendices that overlook on a splendid outdoor space used as a garden, which overlooks the outside of the city walls, with a pleasant external view. The property has two entrances from Largo del Collegio, one of which leads into the large internal cloister, while the other leads into the internal garden. The quadrilateral-shaped cloister is owned by the neighbors on both sides (south and west), although it is encumbered with rights of passage in favor of the building being sold. On the ground floor there are 8 rooms beyond the passage corridors, while via an internal staircase you reach the first floor where we find the remaining 12 rooms. With the exception of the corridors around the cloister, the remaining part of the building has no flooring (since it is in a rustic state). Furthermore, inside the rooms the extrados of the roof vaults of the underlying ground floor are visible, while the attic has exposed wooden beams.
