The lot in question consists of three units with adjoining courtyard, characterized by a shed used for craft and offices, a building with a single elevation above ground partly used as a shop and partly used for craft.
1) Shed
The shed, used for handicraft activities consists of three buildings with different heights; the main body is, through a partition, divided into two different environments, one used as a workshop with adjoining office, the other for auto parts; The lower body on the north-west is used as an office, while the one on the south-west has several rooms used for washing, storage, dressing room and toilet. In the section used for auto-spare parts, in the absence of regular authorization, a mezzanine has been built with a metal structure covered with planking and accessible by a metal staircase. This abuse cannot be remedied.
2) Commercial building with an exhibition hall, office and bathroom. It has interior walls plastered and painted, with flooring is stoneware. The property is also equipped with electricity and water under track.
3) Craft unit with a large room, a hallway and three offices.
During the inspection, it was also possible to ascertain the presence of an illegal building in the northern courtyard, consisting of a roof built with a metal structure covered by corrugated sheet plates. This abuse cannot be remedied and therefore the art. 40 paragraph 6 of Law 47/85, as beyond the realization it took place on a later date than the time limits granted by art. 31 of Law 47/85, as amended by art. 39 of Law 724/94, as well as by art. 32 of the Legislative Decree 269/2003, since the realization of the work is to be framed after 31 March 2003.
It should be noted that the delivery of the property in the event of awarding is subject to the sale of the movable assets, in addition to the disposal of expired products.
