New logistics area under construction in Lacchiarella (MI)

Located in the South-West Milan area between the Milanese metro system and the A7, A1 and A4 motorways, the construction of the new logistics park will rise on an area of 800,000 m2 with a building area of 270,000 m2 of which the works of the first block 130,000 square meters.
The complex will boast an excellent location, as it is located in an area considered among the most interesting in terms of logistics.

The design of the logistics park involves the construction of warehouses with a useful height under the beam of 12.5 meters, with a loading point every 1,000 square meters, and office blocks. The project can be customized according to the specific needs of the end customer.

Particular attention will be paid to environmental sustainability, not only from the landscape point of view with the restoration of woods and the creation of green areas, but also using innovative methods of production and use of clean energy that will mitigate the compensation of emissions. Therefore, the following guidelines are envisaged with a "Green" objective:

The outdoor area will have ample room for maneuver to ensure flexibility and functionality and reduce management costs; the project involves the inclusion of charging stations for cars and vans.
