Country house via Gualco 6, Giusulana, Sant'Agata Fossili

We are in Sant'Agata Fossili, more precisely in Giusulana, a small village in the hills of Tortona, in the Ligurian-Piedmontese Apennines. We are in the land where the legendary Fausto Coppi trained, in a perfect position for lovers of outdoor sports such as trekking and mountain biking. The house is on the main road at the entrance to the hamlet, open on three sides, independent but not isolated. It was built in the early 1950's by the current owners who lived in it until a few years ago, when it was shared and loved by their very large family. The property is accessed via a large driveway and it is immediately apparent that it is in need of extensive renovation. On the ground floor, to the right, there are two living rooms, one with a fireplace, a small living room that can be converted into a dining room, all facing the front, a small kitchen and a windowed bathroom.
