It's available and habitable. As the pictures show, some cleaning is necessary because no one has lived there for a long time. Don't ask me for more photos because these are the only ones I have. I tried to photograph as much as possible. I also put some photos of a public area with a path in the woods which is located about 50 meters from the house, just to give an idea of the surroundings. If you like walking you will enjoy the many paths in the woods that lead everywhere.

Affordable place to live.
It is a quiet medieval village in the center of the "Roccamonfina-Foce del Garigliano" Regional Park. A perfect place to enjoy a comfortable retirement or spend holidays at any time of the year.
Centuries-old traditions in an unpolluted environment, relaxing among trees, clear streams or near the small waterfall five minutes walk from the house, away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities like Rome or Naples.
You can spend a day in one of the famous places all over the world.
