TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:

Historic building completely restored and restructured in 2009
The restructuring/restoration intervention involved important consolidation and restoration works such as: underpinnings, crawl spaces and ventilated cavities, peeling of the walls right down to the rock, rincocciatura with ecological materials, earthenware, external plasters with insulating layer of calcite and finishes with laminated lime plaster for interiors and exteriors.
The choices of the most important finishes were made in line with the historicity of the building: terracotta floors recovered from old buildings in the Bergamo and Brescia areas, the new fixtures and the internal wooden openings reproduce the design of the originals.
Some wooden floors have been recovered and, where dilapidated, redone with solid larch wood.
The surface of the house is approximately 350 m2.
Ai to which are added small covered appurtenances, the huge porch of c/a 200 m2 and large garage (50 m2) built in a separate body, the cellar, the garden of c/a 1000 m2 which houses a fantastic swimming pool.
