Small rural building, an ideal base for the exploration of a large Alpine territory that borders on Switzerland or a simple refuge immersed in the quiet of the mountain pastures.
The property consists of a room on a mezzanine floor divided into two areas: on one side the kitchen, on the other, separated by a simple wooden wall, the bedroom. In the basement there are two cellars and, outside, a woodshed. It can be reached by vehicles of all types via the consortium road (usable by the owners of the houses and lands - In case of snow it is not cleaned).
In the mountain pasture there is no electricity, it is supplied with solar panels or generators.
The water is supplied by a consortium basin to which the house must be still connected.
