Subject of this sale is a building complex (former Psychiatric Hospital) located in the municipality of Collegno along the highway 24, just outside Turin.The complex has undergone a transformation and redevelopment project approved by the municipal council de facto constituted by a large number of properties for residential and hotel use.In particular, the project is spread over a territorial area of ??about 40.000sqm, a s.l.p. of about 18.000sqmand involves the construction of a five-star luxury hotel with 148 rooms, a residence with 98 apartments, a fitness center, a SPA, an indoor and outdoor pool, a convention center, meeting rooms, restaurants, a piano bar, and in the first phase planning a Club House and an 18-hole golf course, then excluded both from the project due to the unavailability of the minimum required area.In addition to the hotel facilities, the project also includes the creation of socializing spaces such as the Club House, created within the industrial volume in the former hospital laundry and thermal plant, and a large underground parking with 250 parking spaces.The PRG indicates that overall the commercial destination with medium and large sales structure is not permitted as defined by the Legislative Decree 31.03.98, n.14 "Reform of the discipline related to the commerce sector".The complex is in a state of neglect and this has led to acts of vandalism.
