Subject of this sale is a craft complex, located in Somaglia (LO), a hamlet of Ca 'Bianca, with vehicular and pedestrian access located on the 9 Via Emilia road. The building is located just outside the inhabited areas between the towns of Guardamiglio and Fombio and about 10km from Piacenza. The complex is located in an agricultural area, with fields sown, close to the SS9 a few kilometers from the exit of Piacenza Nord and easily reached by heavy vehicles. The lot consists of a first shed with a body used for productive use, consisting of a single large room with the center stands in c.a. of the drums and a second body used as offices, consisting of several office blocks and two toilets. A second shed is always used for productive use, also including an external portico and a third block consisting of a body used as a dressing room and a toilet and a second body used as a workshop. The buildings have a level of almost unfinished finishes and the last months of neglect have led the property to be subject to various vandalisms, including the removal of most of the plants.
