The staircase is covered in marble and has a wooden balustrade, the vertical walls are plastered and painted as are the ceilings. All rooms have at least one window. There are the traditional systems for the supply of water and electricity. The property includes a cellar/woodshed in the basement, currently in its "raw" state. Overall, the property is in a poor state of conservation and is free.
