Garage for sale in a residential complex located in Vigliano Biellese (BI), in via Ravizzone 11. The property is located in the basement of a condominium building with three floors above ground and a basement used as cellars and garages, located in a central residential area. The double garage is accessed from a naturally ventilated and naturally lit condominium common corridor, and there is a direct internal connection to the building with the common stairwells, as well as external pedestrian and vehicular access (the latter has an automated gate). The structure is in exposed concrete with dividing walls in perforated concrete blocks, the flooring is in industrial type concrete, access to the individual boxes is via galvanized sheet metal tilting doors with a single lock. An infiltrative problem was found on the ceilings and to a lesser extent on the walls, of a fair extent but widespread in all the boxes.
