Probably in the entire Itria valley there are still few places where peace and tranquility reign supreme as in this oasis surrounded by woods and imposing olive trees.

A large lamia on which a careful and original renovation has been carried out which has given life back to an ancient abandoned lamia in which two comfortable bedrooms with bathroom and a large living/dining room with kitchenette have been created, all made with precious design objects and the highest quality materials.

Behind the lamia, in an elevated position, is the swimming pool with a large living area and breathtaking views of the forest and the entire valley. In front of the entrance is a majestic walnut tree which offers an abundant area of shade on hot summer afternoons, separates the charm from the aqueduct route, a 500 km tourist and hiking cycle route which follows the route of two historic aqueduct pipelines which starting from Caposele (AV) reach Santa Maria di Leuca (LE), it is a unique gravel route that can be traveled by bicycle or on foot which crosses three regions of the South (Campania, Basilicata and Puglia) very famous for tourism and frequented by sportsmen and nature lovers traveling through areas of the Itria Valley which would be impossible by car to see and which passes right next to the border of the property.

In just 5 minutes by car you can reach a market with a bar, restaurant and tobacconist, very useful in case something is missing at the last moment and you don't feel like arriving in the town and, if desired, it can also be reached by bike (10 minutes) via the aqueduct route

The land surrounding it, covering an area of approximately 23,000 m2, is made up of an open area close to the structure dominated by a magnificent and imposing walnut tree and an area entirely cultivated with olive trees, partly centuries-old; it was used in part to create a large swimming pool with solarium and pergolas, an outdoor kitchen, a living area and ample parking could be created. A second structure of approximately 100 m2 could be built on a portion of the land, free from constraints.
