Cabin Borgata Prese, Prese Montone, Ceresole Reale

Ceresole Reale, a municipality located in the upper Orco valley at 1,612 meters, in the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park.

This hut, one of a kind, was built at the end of the 19th century, and recently completely renovated, with quality materials first choice

In the 8,000 m2 of property there are two waterfalls behind the property, as well as the stream next to the house.

From this heavenly place, reachable via a road that is easily accessible with the first section by car blocks and concrete and gravel tracks in the second section, it is possible to admire the surrounding landscape and enjoy the excellent exposure to the sun.

The house has two two-room apartments, each with its own bathroom, but if desired it is possible to use it as a single-family house, as they are connected to each other by a wooden staircase, but separated by a shatterproof glass dividing structure.

The apartment on the upper floor is composed of: large entrance hall in the living room with an open kitchenette with the fireplace in the background thermo-ventilated masonry corner supplied by the famous Supra company, bedroom and bathroom with window.

On the lower floor there is another twin apartment.

For the internal finishes, brushed local larch was chosen for the floor, external external window frames in larch with double tempered, shatterproof and anti-condensation glass, double-layer chestnut internal doors and independent burner convector heaters.

The external part of the house is entirely made of local Luserna stone and with a 15 cm cavity. The roof is completely made of stone, under which there are 3 layers of insulation and all supported by three enormous beams in local larch with relative weight distributors.

On the outside of this hut we find a part paved in Luserna stone, embellished with an ancient manger dating back to the mid-18th century and a strategic local "bedin" for preserving and maturing cheeses.
