The intervention consists of the renovation of a residential property from the first half of the 20th century aimed at inserting contemporary housing needs into a historic building. The project is synergistic with forms of slow mobility and pays particular attention to renewable energy sources which are distributed both for the common areas and for the private building units. Pescarenico today is the subject of a true transformation, oriented towards the artistic field. The new initiative aims to give within this context the recovery of a highly technological building while maintaining its historical identity. The solution is arranged on one level and is composed of a comfortable open space living room divided between kitchen, dining area and living area. A hallway serves the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom, double bedroom and bathroom with full-width shower and dedicated laundry area. To complete this apartment we find on the third floor a private 22m2 flat roof as well as a hobby room/cellar. The apartments are equipped with all the comforts desired today.
