NEW CONSTRUCTION BY A COMPANY CONSTRUCTING 2 INDEPENDENT VILLAS (same as each other)
located in the residential area of Via Tortorello, in absolute calm, in an area
convenient to the primary services offered by the nearby Borgata Sala and on the border with an area
still rural.
The VILLA n. 1 will be built on entirely fenced land, with a total surface area of 1,050 m2.
The VILLA n. 2 will be built on entirely fenced land, with a total surface area of 1,300 m2.
Both plots have a flat configuration, are accessible from the municipal road network (Via Tortorello), are equipped with public lighting, municipal sewerage, electricity, water and methane gas supply networks.
Both villas will have a development of 2 floors above ground, connected internally by a comfortable
staircase with 2 straight flights and will be distributed as follows.
On the ground floor the following living areas will be created:
entrance directly onto the living room, large kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom,
