The house is located in Quarzina, a hamlet of Ormea, a mountain village in the Ligurian Alps located at 1,300 meters above sea level and with the unique characteristic of seeing the sea.
This is a portion of the house on three levels.
Upon entering, the common staircase gives access to the double bedroom with a balcony with a panoramic view and a small bathroom.
Via the internal wooden staircase you go up to the upper floor where there is a further double bedroom with a wooden balcony with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and the sea of Imperia.
The bathroom has a bathtub and window.
From the common staircase you go down into the eat-in kitchen equipped with a wood stove, thanks to the French door you access the private garden which measures approximately 40 m2.
The structure is solid and with small maintenance interventions it is immediately habitable.
