In a quiet and well-serviced area, four rooms are rented to university students for a total of 8 beds, in a terraced apartment composed on the ground floor of a common area with kitchen, dining room and living room, on the upper floor two hallways with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms are all doubles, two with double beds and two with single beds respectively. For each bed space, 350 euros of rent and 50 euros of expenses are required which include all utilities and internet.
IT IS RENTED ONLY TO UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
The house has two very distinct sleeping areas, each with two bedrooms and a bathroom, which makes Promiscuous male/female use of the house is also possible, each with their own privacy. 3 months' advance payments are required.
VISITS WILL ONLY BE POSSIBLE ON 28 SEPTEMBER FROM 1PM AND ON 29 SEPTEMBER. The house will be available from 11 October 2023 until 10 August 2024
