Ok, I admit I adapted the sentence...Bobby was referring to the first car for an adult, but as soon as I saw this house this scene from the movie immediately came to mind!
And do you know why?
Because this apartment feels like a nest, not the initial one where we were born, but the most important one for me, the one where you really start to breathe freedom, to get to know yourself, the one where you finally feel yours and where, once Once the door is closed, you can allow yourself to truly express yourself!
It is neither too small nor too large:
- It consists of an entrance hall, living room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, the very large double bedroom, bathroom with window and terrace;
- It is located on the 1st floor of a building in the town center with only 4 units;
- It has western exposure;
- In 2007 the water and heating systems were redone.
For the current owners it was a real nest where they collected the memories of the birth of their children and therefore of the expansion of the family, now, due to local needs, they have to abandon it, but I am sure that you will be able to give it back to life.
