WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT THE PROPERTY

The cottage we are going to propose is a building built before 1967 and located a few steps from the main services of the town. This solution is located a few steps from the town square and therefore not only the bus stops can be reached on foot, but also all services such as schools, hospital, pharmacies and supermarkets.
The town of Gavardo offers quick and easy communication routes such as the ring road that connects the city of Brescia with that of Salò, ideal for those who, for work or pleasure, need to briefly reach one of the adjacent towns.
Well placed geographically, the municipality of Gavardo offers, in addition to nursery, primary and secondary schools, also various activities for young people: in fact, a few minutes away we can find the town's sports center which, especially on weekends, is soul of young people thanks to the local team's matches.
