The property, located in the highly sought-after Via Ticino, has an independent entrance, is conveniently located on the ground floor and is fully served by a WI-FI line and air conditioning. Internally, the apartment is composed as follows: entrance directly into the bright living room, equipped with a sofa bed and equipped with a 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with Netflix account, followed by a kitchen complete with refrigerator (with water and other free drinks), freezer and microwave oven, with kettle with tea bags and coffee machine with pods and with all the essentials for cooking, then a double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps and finally a large bathroom with window and shower, complete with towels of various sizes and two courtesy KITS containing personal hygiene products (shampoo, bath shower, bar of soap and hair cap).
The Abbiategrasso train station is only a few minutes away on foot, with frequent connections to Milan-Porta Genova (25 minutes) and other destinations.
Near the house, one minute on foot, there is a Carrefour supermarket and a laundry; in the surrounding area, then, there are bars, restaurants, pharmacies, banks and shops of all kinds. In the street it is possible to park easily and even if, for events or other reasons, you cannot find a free space along the street, not far away there 'is the large car park (free) of the Fair where there is always space.
