On Golden Pond

"On Golden Pond" is the title of the film where the two leading actors Henry Fonda and Katharine Hepburn both won the Oscar (for her the fourth, an unmatched record), but here, "On Golden Pond" will be the future story of a truly original property and its potential: will it still be a restaurant with a pond? A very extravagant home or both? However, this will be chosen by the buyer; it is up to us only to show its potential and we hope to have done it well.

Description of the Villa

Built on a single level of load-bearing masonry, surrounded by greenery, surrounded on one side by a centuries-old forest and on the other by water (spring and stream that feed the splendid lake), the Villa has until now been turned into income and used as a restaurant/agritourism, although registered as a residential house.
The internal spaces can be modified according to needs.
It can certainly be returned to be an accommodation facility, like being transformed into a private home.
The internal conditions are excellent, being recently built.

The pond and the garden

Inside the pond, connected by an iron bridge, a small island with barbecue, table and wooden house.
The temperature of the pond is 10/12 degrees centigrade.
The land of approximately 4000 square meters is completely flat with tall trees, weeping willows, alders, acacias and oaks.
