In the fields between Fiorenzuola d'Arda and Alseno, in the Moronasco area, a farmhouse built at the end of the nineteenth century is for sale with large surrounding land.
For its elegant architecture, the building was included in the General Catalog of Cultural Heritage in the Architectural Heritage section and Landscape (catalog code 0800487423). The entire structure requires a complete renovation while the green area is currently well maintained.
The main building can be divided into three parts: at the two extremes east and west we find two houses, separated in the middle by the main block of the building composed of the stable and the barn above.
WEST WING HOUSE (land register "Subalterno 1")
The ground floor consists of four rooms with fireplace: three of them have two small rooms each attached to them, used in ancient times as a kitchen and bathroom.
Al on the first floor we find four rooms of equal size.
Climbing the stairs further we arrive in an attic divided into two rooms with exposed beams and with an average height of 2.37 m.
In the basement we find a cellar with a vaulted ceiling brick vaults.
STABLE AND BARN (land register "Subalterno 3")
The central part is the most architecturally notable part of the complex. In fact, the central portico with a lowered arch and the eight large openings (four on each side) with round arches perfectly framed in brick pilasters are valuable. These openings illuminate the large barn (almost five meters high), naturally suggesting its redevelopment into one or more large rooms with lots of space and light. Under the barn we find a typical nineteenth-century stable with brick flooring divided into three naves by two rows of five brick columns with stone capitals joined by elliptical arches. The stable has two access doors arranged at the ends and eight windows with segmental arches which correspond to the eight openings of the barn above.
HOUSE EAST WING (land register "Subalterno 2")
The photos of this apartment are not currently available are attached to this announcement: they will be uploaded in the future.
On the ground floor there are four rooms plus a storage room.
From the landing of the stairs leading to the first floor you enter a hallway with two bathrooms.
On the first floor there are two small and two large bedrooms.
One of the large bedrooms leads to an attic with an average height of 2.15 m.
Annexed to this house, at the back, we find a cellar, a very high tool shed and eight chicken coop rooms. Two small barns (1.73 m high) had been created above the chicken coops.
LAND
The surrounding land is approximately 4700 m2. Currently well preserved, it is lawned and has some trees. We also find two separate and collapsing land registry units: these are some brick ruins and another small brick chicken coop with three rooms.
The Moronasco locality is just 1.5 km from the Via Emilia and currently reachable only via narrow streets dirt countryside.--58ab89836470048f8cf579c43518ad8b!
