Inside the historic castle of Palazzo di Assisi we have a stone sky-land free on three sides and with an independent entrance completely restored in the 2000s. The property has characteristic fine finishes with stone details and is arranged on three levels connected to each other by an internal staircase. The house is accessed from the ground floor where we have a living room with kitchen and stone-clad fireplace, bathroom/laundry room in travertine marble and dressing room. The kitchen furniture, made to measure in wood, glossy painted and with a marble top, is included in the sale price. The first floor consists of a living room and study/bedroom that can be used as desired according to needs, a large bathroom in mosaic with window and shower. Going up to the second floor we have a double bedroom with custom-made wardrobe, single bedroom and mosaic bathroom with window and shower.
