The rustic house on the hills of Stazzema is located in an ancient village and includes two residential units. Originally a convent dating back to the 1600s, this building attracted attention in 2002 when it was featured on the front page of AD, a famous architecture and design magazine. The structure is spread over four levels and has a large parking space, with the capacity to accommodate up to four cars. On the ground floor there is the main entrance with a staircase that leads to the first floor where we find a large fully equipped kitchen, a service bathroom and a spacious and bright room with a fireplace, which creates a welcoming atmosphere, the floor also includes another room from which we can access the private garden which borders a clean stream that passes the town. This level is perfect for entertaining guests or relaxing family time. On the second floor, there are four bedrooms, one of which has a fireplace, a bathroom and a closet. The rooms offer enough space for an entire family or guests during holiday periods. Finally, in the basement, which is accessed from a second entrance to the property, there is a stone structure with a beautiful vaulted arch.
