POSITION
The farmhouse is located in the heart of Lessinia, a paradise surrounded by greenery, in the area of the Venetian Prealps, located mainly in the province of Verona.
A part of the lessinian territory constitutes the famous Regional Natural Park of Lessinia, where you can walk and visit the beautiful landscape.

EQUIPMENTS
The restoration was partly conservative and partly extremely respectful of the naturalistic context, using natural materials such as stone and wood. all the stone walls have been enhanced and recovered, still strong in their load-bearing structure and, to support the floors and the roof, ancient or aged beams have been recovered.
For the floors of the rooms, large wooden planks have been restored and carefully chosen , for the floors of the rooms and accessories (such as the kitchen and bathrooms) the stone was laid.
Finally, the coverage was real in stone with sheet metal inserts, typical of the Lessinia mountain huts, perfectly respecting the previous bill.

PARTICULARITIES
The property is owned by a company / farm that opens the opportunity to access national and European contributions to lost fund, to carry out construction work otherwise unauthorized in the Lessinia Park.

DESCRIPTION
The farmhouse, restored in 2015, has a floor area of over 700 square meters and is spread over two wings:
One dedicated to the rooms for the guest accommodation, kitchen and a large breakfast room with fireplace.
The other consists of a large living room with important heights, equipped with a stube and a floor heating system, suitable for parties, conventions and events.
This part it also consists of a suite with an independent entrance and, in the basement, stables (also restored) .
The property is completed by the land divided into 9 hectares of pasture and 9 hectares of coppice with f Agios of tall trees.
Thanks to the construction of the road that connects the farmhouse to the provincial road SP13, the same is connected to the municipal aqueduct and the ENEL electricity network.
