Country house via Pezzino, Villanova sull'Arda

Location: We are located in Sant'Agata, a hamlet of Villanova sull'Arda in the province of Piacenza, the town where Maestro Giuseppe Verdi lived. It is located a few kilometers from Busseto. This place is strategic as on the border of three provinces: Parma, Cremona and finally Piacenza, the distance from the three capitals is approximately similar. The property is in the open countryside and enjoys the quiet and privacy worthy of this type of property.

Property: We are talking about a rustic house with over a hundred years of history, totally in need of renovation and spread over three levels.
