Casale Elisa is a fabulous farmhouse of about 200sqm completely renovated one year ago, located just 3 km from the beach.
We are located in Montemarciano, a town of about 9,000 inhabitants in the province of Ancona, a city that can be reached in just 20 minutes by car. From the farmhouse you can also quickly reach Senigallia (15 minutes), a very lively seaside town full of shops, bars, restaurants, beaches and any other type of service. The main hospital facilities are 14km and 18km away, while the nearest airport (Ancona) is just 13km away.

The house is surrounded by almost 5000sqm of private courtyard completely fenced and access is guaranteed by an automatic gate.
