“Palazzo dell’Arcone”, un edificio iconico in una piazza simbolo. Piazza della Repubblica sorge lì dove la Florentia Romana ospitava il foro e poi, nel medioevo e nel rinascimento, il Mercato Vecchio che il poeta trecentesco fiorentino Antonio Pucci descrive così:” Non fu giammai così nobil giardino / come a quel tempo egli è Mercato Vecchio / che l’occhio e il gusto pasce al fiorentino “.

Questa centralissima parte della città, situata tra il Duomo e Palazzo Vecchio, fu tra le principali aree protagoniste del piano di rinnovamento che, a partire dal 1865, ridefinì l’urbanistica di Firenze per adeguarne struttura e immagine al ruolo di capitale d’Italia.
Il progetto integrale di ristrutturazione, reinterpreta il miglior design italiano del primo Novecento, alla ricerca di un’architettura umana, di una casa “bella come un cristallo ma forata come una grotta piena di stalattiti, una casa vivente, versatile, silente, che si adatti continuamente alla versatilità della nostra vita.”

“Palazzo dell’Arcone”, an iconic building in a symbolic square. Piazza della Repubblica stands where the Roman Florentia hosted the forum and then, in the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, the Mercato Vecchio which the fourteenth-century Florentine poet Antonio Pucci describes thus: "It was never such a noble garden / as at that time it is Mercato Vecchio / that the eye and taste feed on the Florentine."

This very central part of the city, located between the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio, was among the main areas involved in the renewal plan which, starting from 1865, redefined the urban planning of Florence to adapt its structure and image to its role as the capital of Italy.
The integral renovation project reinterprets the best Italian design of the early twentieth century, in search of a human architecture, of a house "as beautiful as a crystal but perforated like a cave full of stalactites, a living, versatile, silent house, which continually adapt to the versatility of our lives.”
For each residence, a range of refined finishes has been selected, designed to create unique, precious and personalized spaces. Each environment has been meticulously designed to maximize usability, functionality and fill each home with natural light.
