In Via Roeto we propose a property that can be used immediately with a private garden, with double driveway and pedestrian entrance. The proposal includes a main residential building and a detached building which includes ancillary rooms to be modernized according to your needs. A large living room with exposed beams recalls the origins of the house, the floors and the details of the internal staircase remind us of other times. The kitchen with the exposed brick arch makes you think back to moments of conviviality, parties and family gatherings, the large roof overlooking the private garden and one of the entrances gives the possibility of making the most of the house in every season. The rooms on the first floor, some expertly restored with exposed bricks and others more linear so as not to deface the origins of the house.
