The apartment benefits from a strategic position, only 300 meters from Porta Genova train station and the green metro line taking to the Central Station. The nearby tramline 9 allows our guests to reach the Navigli district and the Darsena, where Milans nightlife unfolds: filled with great restaurants and eateries aplenty, these districts will become your favorite places in Milan. Try the Italian apertitivo with your friends, or have a stroll whilst enjoying the stunning sunset, and make your holiday unforgettable!

The services of the area include several boutiques, supermarkets Carrefour Express, in Via Vigevano 22 at 400 meters, and Esselunga in via Solari 29 at 650 meters and pharmacies, such as the Stazione Porta Genova pharmacy, in Piazzale Stazione Genova, 5/3, at 320 meters.

Dont miss the Mudec, a short walk (500 meters) from the apartment, in via Tortona 56. It used to be a factory, and it has been now converted into a famous arts and culture museum with amazing exhibitions and a restaurant.

Living room with kitchen and box room
Upon entering the apartment, you find a large day area, featuring red touches, with a quirk, contemporary character and plenty of light. The wood floor gives an air of elegance and comfort.

The day area also includes a fully fitted kitchen corner, overlooking the sitting room, a cozy sofa bed, and a table for your dinners and lunches. From the living room, you get out onto the balcony, which overlooks the courtyard and makes the room extra bright. Next to the entry hall is the functional box room, providing useful storage space for everything you need.

Bedroom and bathroom
Bathed in ample natural light, the air-conditioned bedroom has the same contemporary air, as does the whole flat.
The night area with wooden floor and green-painted is a smart yet characterful, and it offers a cozy double bed, a chest of drawers and a roomy wall closet.
The bathroom is modernly fitted and comes with the red furniture as the living room. It is fitted with a large, state-of-art shower stall.

HOUSE RULES
Our prices include Residence Service with assistance and include: VAT10%, utilities (electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount), check-in assisted by (hidden) Staff, internet Wi-fi. You do not have to pay condominium fees or agency fees.

Tax excluded from the price:
For stays of 30 nights or longer, during the check-in, a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (cedolare secca) fiscal regime.

During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)).

Security deposit
We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure.

Check-in time
The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. - 30.

Final Cleaning Service
You may have to pay a fine starting from 30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash); dispose of trash properly.

Utilities
The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount in order to respect the environment.

Rules
Smoke is forbidden even with open windows. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed as well. Any kind of drug is forbidden.
It is forbidden to host during the night people who havent checked in. It is forbidden to make noise from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Ci troviamo nel cuore dei Navigli, in zona Tortona a due passi dalla fermata della metropolitana Porta Genova, con cui si raggiunge il centro storico in pochi minuti. L'appartamento è un grazioso e moderno bilocale con una camera da letto (con un letto matrimoniale) e un soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale.
Lappartamento è situato in una zona strategica: lappartamento dista a soli 200 etri da Porta Genova, linea verde della metro, tramite cui è possibile raggiungere la stazioni Cadorna, Garibaldi e Centrale; il tram 9 in Porta Genova, ti permette, invece, di raggiungere la movida della città, cioè i Navigli in cui poter mangiare i tradizionali aperitivi milanesi, e la Darsena, in cui poter fare una passeggiata e ammirare magnifici tramonti soprattutto durante i periodi estivi e primaverili.
Il quartiere è ricco di boutique, supermercati e farmacie come:

Il bilocale si apre un soggiorno ampio, vivace e con tonalità di rosso, ma anche molto elegante e accogliente grazie alla presenza del parquet. La zona cottura è illuminata dal balcone ed è compresa di tutti gli accessori. Il soggiorno è compreso di divano, ideale per rilassarsi e guardare la tv, oppure può diventare un divano letto. Il ripostiglio, invece, piccolo ma utile per riporre tutto il necessario.

Camera da letto e bagno
La zona notte è compresa di un letto matrimoniale, confortevole e vivace, dal colore verde e valorizzato dallelegante parquet, esprime un senso di tranquillità e armonia. Nella camera da letto è presente anche un ampio armadio, ideale anche per lunghi soggiorni. Inoltre, la camera da letto è luminosa ed è compresa di aria condizionata. Il bagno è molto accogliente e riprende il colore rosso del soggiorno, dando un senso di armonia. È composto di tutti i sanitari e di una confortevole doccia.

Tasse escluse dal prezzo

Deposito cauzionale

Lorario di check-in standard è dalle 15.00 alle 21.00. E' previsto un supplemento di 30 per il check-in dalle ore 21.00 alle ore 24.00.
