The apartment comes fully equipped with modern amenities, including a TV, free WIFI, air conditioning, a kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, iron, and microwave.

The residential area is conveniently located very close to Central Station, where you will find two metro stations, trains, and buses. Ideal for up to 5 guests in total, it is situated on the 3rd floor with an elevator for easy access.

To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask in advance
Management Fee: One-time payment of 150 in advance via bank transfer before check-in
Admin Fee: 150 for each month of stay in a single solution
Deposit: Required to be submitted one week prior to check-in

Additional Services:
At the end of the first week, sheets are removed.
