Comfortable 48m2 apartment with independent entrance and a terrace overlooking the sea, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the first floor of a building without a lift. The location is fabulous! We are in a quiet residential neighborhood just 50 meters from the sea. The beach is easily reachable on foot and near the accommodation there are all the basic necessities.

The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with electric hob, fridge with freezer , electric oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), dining table, sofa, 32" TV, split A/C and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM I with shower, washing machine, sink, bidet and WC;
- TERRACE with awning and a small table.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning via split (one in the living room and one in the bedroom bed), clothesline and hairdryer

PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have a lift.
Please note that there are two steps in bathroom I.
There are stairs inside the apartment - pay attention.

For electric heating ONLY means the heating provided ONLY via split A/C.
The entire apartment is at the complete disposal of guests!

Alternatively, you can take bus no. 392 to the "301 - A.Moro Ospedale" stop, from which it is possible to take Line 604 to the "Laconia Via Monticorru Blu Hotel" stop, a 2-minute walk from the property.
