The complex, built in the Aragonese era, constitutes one of the most significant examples of rural architecture in Campania as it dates back to the year 1580; it cannot be demolished.

Construction details:
-the structural system of the farm is still preserved almost intact today; the main facade is punctuated by tall windows located on the upper floor, with molded stone windowsills, while the original entrance was destroyed and then covered up.
-The rear facade is characterized by the articulation of a large staircase on flying buttresses which leads to the upper floor and to the terrace of the low roof added to the facade. You can still distinguish, on the right side of the facade, the typical square-shaped dovecote tower, and a small chimney stack with a conical roof and a torus below.
