FrugaroloThe main building covers a total surface area of approx. Approximately 380 distributed over two floors above ground and set within the property's land. The Villa Trotti-Bentivoglio, now called Villa Molino, still retains unchanged the peculiar characteristics of the extra-urban residences of the city's elite of the mid-nineteenth century.
In the cellar rooms in the basement, which extend of the plan, it is still possible to identify the remains of the pre-existing building, probably the mill reported by the sources and historical cartography, which probably extended to the east of the current perimeter of the villa, with the related appurtenances.
The twentieth-century atrium, large and bright, on a square plan, it develops in full height distributing the accesses to the rooms on the mezzanine floor and the first floor, through an imposing marble staircase that rises sharply starting from the right side.
Once you reach the first floor, a an elbowed balcony leads to the stately rooms, among the most beautiful and best preserved, with pavilion vaults, original stone fireplaces and oak plank floors which are also partially original.
In the northern part of the villa, you find the entrance and the original staircase.
The renovation of the villa lends itself to projects for tourism and hospitality purposes, such as hotel facilities, agritourism, catering and event organisation.--16f5b8347f0ac789fd90d76d11d28f41!
