Farmhouse via Poggio al Pino, La Scala, Calenzano, San Miniato

San Miniato (Tuscany). Podere Poggio al Pino, we sell manor house (Villa Boeri) dating back to the end of the 1700s, within a 14-hectare farm and surrounded by a park of centuries-old trees. The same enjoys a total panoramic view that is even more emotional by climbing to the top of a turret located about a hundred meters away from the villa. In addition to the villa and the turret there are 3 other buildings for residential use and tool shed. The buildings which have a total area of 2590 square meters are described below:

1) Manor villa meticulously cared for in every detail and with attention to architectural and furnishing details. It has an area of 1200 square meters, distributed over two floors.
