4-room flat via Pietà, Centro, Pizzo

In Pizzo, in Via Pietà we offer a semi-independent solution located on the ground floor and partly surrounded by greenery. Upon our entrance, the hallway leads us into the different rooms of the house creating a balanced division. The living room, considered the cornerstone of the house, helps to create an enveloping atmosphere thanks to the presence of the fireplace. By making improvements in Country Chic style, using materials such as stone or wood to cover ceilings, floors and walls, it gives all rooms a simple but always refined touch. Here the terrace reigns supreme, offering a view partly of the sea and partly of the Naples homes. Communicating with the living area, we find the eat-in kitchen which, furnished with a rustic touch and using the right furniture, can be made hospitable. The solution has two double bedrooms, imagined, using vintage finishes, as an oasis of tranquility with timeless atmospheres where we can prefer soft, enveloping colors such as pastel shades. A further room, currently used as a conversation room, could accommodate a study or a guest bedroom in the design phase. The solution is completed by the bathroom where light colored tiles with a vintage look are favored, to give a touch of elegance from times gone by. Pertaining to the property there is a tavern and a cellar to be used, if desired, as a laundry or as a shelter for DIY tools.
