The house is on two levels: on the ground floor there is an entrance corridor, living room with communicating kitchen, hallway, a bedroom and toilet as well as a large balcony overlooking the garden and the Anza stream and second small balcony. From the entrance corridor you can access, via an internal staircase, the floor below where there are two other bedrooms, a toilet, a kitchenette and the cellar. Again from the ground floor, via a steep staircase, you access the attic, a single room of variable height 50/200 cm. used as an attic. The roof is tiled.
The living room features a wood-burning fireplace with vents. Heating is provided by a system with cast iron radiators and methane fuel. The windows and doors are made of wood with double glazing while the external frames are partly in PVC and partly in insulated aluminium.
