We rent a double room for single use located in via Saragozza, available from January (with the possibility of starting the move as early as mid-December).
The apartment is located outside the walls, in a side street of via Saragozza, 10 minutes walk from the historic center with stops 20, 39 and 14 just a few steps away, surrounded by various supermarkets, banks, post offices and all services. The house consists of a large entrance hall, 2 single rooms (occupied by me and another boy, both workers ), the 26m2 room in question, a kitchen, a large bathroom and the cellar.
The property is completely renovated, with 110 and external coat of the building completed just a couple of months ago, double glass windows, armored door and completely new services (fireplace, boiler, washing machine and shower all new).
