Between Lazio and Umbria, between the medieval villages and the boundless valleys, there is an enchanted town where reality and fantasy merge between the narrow alleys and the colorful houses.
“The land of fairy tales” as Sant' was nicknamed Angelo di Roccalvecce, is one of the most painted villages in Italy, here you feel like a child walking among the fairy tales painted on the facades, with sculptures and installations that immediately catapult you into another dimension. Right in the center of the town there is a sky-earth house, with double independent entrance just waiting to be lived in.
"La casina dell'Orso" as it was called for the beautiful mural painted by the artist Lola Poleggi, is arranged on two levels divided into two small connected apartments from an internal staircase.
Entering from the main door, next to the mural, three comfortable steps lead to the first apartment on the mezzanine floor, consisting of a lovely living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a comfortable closet.
With access from the Hansel and Gretel alley, there is a second independent entrance on the ground floor where the second apartment is located. Entering a small corridor we find a lovely living room with a beautiful stone fireplace, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, on the currently used as a living room, the bathroom with shower and a small closet.
La Casina dell'orso is ideal for those who want to make an investment but at the same time have a base to escape from the daily chaos in a small town that is becoming famous throughout Italy.--44d8eed21294c8f63926952b125280bd!
