in the basement we have the garage, pantry, with the possibility of expansion to create a sauna, or a gym, on the ground floor we have the large living room, with the kitchen, a pantry, a single bedroom, a bathroom, on the upper floor we have 1 double bedroom with private bathroom , a storage room, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a large terraced balcony. The CERVINO Ski Paradise (Breuil-Cervinia / Valtournenche / Zermatt) is one of the largest ski areas of the Alps, which extends along three valleys of two countries, Italy and Switzerland, from the 3,883 m of the Piccolo Cervino to the 1,524 m of Valtournenche.
