WHERE: Borgo Muratori, 4 kilometers from the sea (measured with Google maps), between Diano Calderina and Diano Serreta, in the first hills of the Dianese gulf. The village is made up of a cluster of houses and a complex of villas called Villaggio Ulivi.

WHAT: a semi-detached house with 500 meters of garden and a sea view (see video). The house is divided like this: on the ground floor there is a patio, living room, kitchenette, small bedroom and bathroom (with window). On the first floor bathroom (with window), double bedroom and terrace. The heating is LPG, in the double bedroom there is air conditioning. The garden is on a single strip, with plants such as rosemary, olive trees, sterlizia, lemons and at least one fig tree. Exposed to the east, south and west, it gets the sun all day long. MAINTENANCE STATUS: the house dates back to 2000 but is in excellent condition, perfect bathroom and kitchen.

NEGATIVE SIDES: for me there are none, the road to get there has some curves, but it has no dirt roads and doesn't force you to climb up.

POSITIVE SIDES: the garden is very beautiful, a little rustic, it does not have an English lawn, surrounded by plants. The house is semi-detached, but you can't see the neighbor, it's like being alone.
